Hello & welcome to Sunbeam Naturals! ☀We are two sisters with a passion for creating natural skincare with pure, healing ingredients.Our gorgeous Whipped Body Butter in our MOONLIGHT scent is a beautifully thick moisturising cream. Designed either to be used daily or as a luxurious treat during your #selfcare routine, this butter will leave your skin silky soft and nourished. We've topped it with a mystical Amethyst Crystal that is known to provide mind-calming benefits, so give it a rinse and pop it somewhere close by, in your pocket - or bra(!) - and enjoy it's healing properties. Your body butter will arrive contained in a frosted glass jar with bamboo lid. This product is handmade (by us!), vegan and cruelty free. We’re passionate about sustainability and make every effort to select eco-friendly packaging options. We suggest that when you’ve finished your butter why not wash the jar and reuse it for something else - they’re super useful. ☀☀☀☀☀☀MOONLIGHT - If you like relaxing, sensual scents, this is the one for you. Imagine it's late in the evening, your mind is clear and you feel peaceful as you walk over cool sand towards a beautiful lagoon. You wade in slowly, the pure, natural waters enveloping you as you stare up at the clear, star filled sky, the full moon shining down onto the calm waters. You close your eyes and inhale the balmy air, savouring the exotic, floral scents wafting from the trees beyond the shore. That's MOONLIGHT.Whipped into a divine concoction of natural butters and nourishing oils, it creates a luxurious whipped body butter. For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 3pm. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order. |

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 2-3 working days.
What customers are required to do?
Please drop us an email at info@bramblescookshop.com to request a refund and let us know the reason you wish to return an item. If you wish to exchange the item for something else we can sort this no problem at all just let us know in the email. However, we can also offer a full refund if you have informed us within 14 days of receipt, so please make sure you email us info@bramblescookshop.com and return the items as soon as you can to the following postal address:

The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund.
