Joseph Joseph Elevate Carousel 6 Piece Utensil Set with Stand - Opal The Elevate™ Carousel Set is made up of six essential kitchen tools and comes with a carousel stand to store them stylishly in your kitchen, each utensil also features a tool rest to keep your surfaces mess-free as you cook This must-have kitchen utensil set includes a spaghetti server, slotted spoon, ladle, solid spoon, slotted turner and flexible turner and has a nylon head, perfect for use with non-stick cookware as they are heat-resistant up to 200°C/392°F. Each also has a heat-resistant silicone handle in brilliantly bright colours to add a dash of colour to your kitchen. The rotating carousel is made from tough ABS plastic and has a non-slip base, perfect for storing on the kitchen worktop. The Elevate™ range of kitchen tools all include a tool rest and a weighted handle which means when you place it down, the head of the tool or knife does not touch the work surface, reducing mess and improving hygiene. All utensils are dishwasher safe.

Orders under £50 will be charged at £3.95 Standard (48hr ROYAL MAIL) Unless a specific express or courier service is selected at checkout.

For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 3pm. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

An email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.

Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. What customers are required to do?

Please drop us an email at info@bramblescookshop.com to request a refund and let us know the reason you wish to return an item. If you wish to exchange the item for something else we can sort this no problem at all just let us know in the email. However, we can also offer a full refund if you have informed us within 14 days of receipt, so please make sure you email us info@bramblescookshop.com and return the items as soon as you can to the following postal address:

The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund.
