Refund Policy

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can. 

Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 2-3 working days.

What customers are required to do?

Please drop us an email at info@bramblescookshop.com to request a refund and let us know the reason you wish to return an item. If you wish to exchange the item for something else we can sort this no problem at all just let us know in the email. However, we can also offer a full refund if you have informed us within 14 days of receipt, so please make sure you email us info@bramblescookshop.com and return the items as soon as you can to the following postal address

The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund. 

When customers can expect their refund?

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All refunds will be processed onto original payment method.
