Refund Policy

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straightforward as we can.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a no quibble no fuss 30 days returns policy. This means your items need to be back with us within 30 days.

Please drop us an email at lisa@bramblescookshop.com to let us know that you are returning an item. You are entitled by law to be given a full refund, including delivery charge if you have informed us within 14 days of receipt, so please make sure you email us!

The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item either returned and refunded or replaced, whichever you prefer. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at lisa@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 1 working day.
