Eat Nourish Flourish is a 12 step plan and recipe book to enable you and your family to establish a healthy, sustainable relationship with the food you eat. It features 60 recipes which are not only healthy, hearty and delicious but they are also all simple-to-make, which is so important when you are trying to change the habits of the whole family.
Written by food coach and mother of three Carey Davis-Munro, she knows only too well that for positive change to be sustainable, gain the support of your loved ones, and have a long-lasting impact, it needs to be a process. You’ll need to bring your family along with you, throughout the education, the understanding, the planning, the cooking, and – of course – the passion. And that’s where Eat Nourish Flourish comes in.
There are many complex psychological reasons as to why we don’t invest the time, energy, and money in healthy eating, so Carey primarily focuses on changing the relationship you have with food for the better.
Alongside the 12 step plan, Carey has also created 60 flexitarian recipes which once you have restocked your food cupboard, are all simple to make whether it's a quick midweek tea, breakfast-on-the-go or a fully fledged evening meal.
Standout dishes include Butternut Squash and Porcini Risotto, Aubergine Rogan Josh, Butternut Aloo and Raita and Baked Salmon Steaks with Ginger, Lime, Chilli and Tamari. Snacks and sweet treats include Crispy Chickpeas and Healthy Millionaires while there are also plenty of soups, salads and sides to choose from too.
But this is so much more than a recipe book. It’s about empowering you to make positive changes that will last and, ultimately, giving you and your family all the tools you need to live a long and healthy life.

For items in stock we aim to process your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 12 noon. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order. |

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Please note: Cost of returns is at your own expense. Exchanges may incur a restocking fee depending on the condition of the exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is faulty or damaged, please send us an email with a description of the fault or damage along with a photo, within 7 days of receipt. We will then confirm the return and request that the product is returned. We will provide a free shipping label and upon receipt of goods, send out a replacement, as soon as possible. For any products that cannot be replaced or exchanged, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we endeavour to resolve any issues regarding damaged products via email within 48 hours.

Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive a replacement, exchange for something else or a refund.
We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item within 14 working days, to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you.
The postage cost for a return (unless faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. Exchanges may incur a restocking fee depending on conditions of product.
When customers can expect their refund?
