The infrared night vision lets you see what your little o ne is up to at night and during low light levels. The built-in ambient programmable night light feature will help to provide a calming and relaxing mood in your baby's nursery. LEDs on the Hubble Nursery View Glow, parent monitor indicates the level of sound activity in the room, letting you keep an eye on your baby's activity by a simple visual representation. The strong wireless range of the Hubble Nursery View Glow lets you keep connected to your baby up to 300m away, so you can take the pare nt unit with you anywhere in your home. An alarm sounds when you're getting out of range of the transmitting unit, so you'll never have to wonder if you're close enough to hear what's going on.

Orders under £50 will be charged at £3.95 Standard (48hr ROYAL MAIL) Unless a specific express or courier service is selected at checkout.

For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 3pm. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

An email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.

Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. What customers are required to do?

Please get in touch via email at info@bramblescookshop.com, within 14 days of receipt, to request to return your item. Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive an exchanged or a refund.

We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your remain returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item, as soon as possible to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you upon receipt of your returns request email.

The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund.

When customers can expect their refund?

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All refunds will be processed onto original payment method.
