• You need to package the item up and attach the label
• Visit the Collect+ webs ite to find your neared drop off store
• You will be given a receipt with a tracking reference for your item

Requesting to return your item for exchange or refund is simple; we just need the following information from you;< /p>

• Reason for return
• If you would like a refund or replacement
• Which service you would like to use to return your item

Warranty

Box Smart provides a standard one year warranty on all of our products. An extended warranty is available with some of the items that we s upply. This can be registered for free of charge directly with the manufacturers Customer Services team. Details will be enclosed with the item.

Unauthorised Returns

Any unauthorised returns will be destroyed on receipt. Please contact us first befo re returning a product.
