A Special Edition to Smeg's iconic retro collection with a premium matte enamelled finish. With a generous capacity of 1.7 litres, Smeg's KLF03 kettle makes up to 7 cups of tea or coffee. The spout has been specially designed with a balanced weight f or an easy pour. The elegant soft opening lid not only looks beautiful but allows for easy filling and ensures that any condensation runs back into the kettle.With a 3000W power output, the KLF03 offers superfast boiling and there is also an automati c switch off at 100?C for added piece of mind. Cleaning is made easy thanks to a removable limescale filter in the pouring spout, and concealed element in the base, removing any impurities before getting to your cup.The 360 degree swivel base means t hat the KLF03 can be placed anywhere in the kitchen, and has a handy 1 meter cable tidy to keep your countertop clear. For items in stock we aim to process your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 12 noon. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order. |

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Please note: Cost of returns is at your own expense. Exchanges may incur a restocking fee depending on the condition of the exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is faulty or damaged, please send us an email with a description of the fault or damage along with a photo, within 7 days of receipt. We will then confirm the return and request that the product is returned. We will provide a free shipping label and upon receipt of goods, send out a replacement, as soon as possible. For any products that cannot be replaced or exchanged, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we endeavour to resolve any issues regarding damaged products via email within 48 hours.

Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive a replacement, exchange for something else or a refund.
We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item within 14 working days, to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you.
