Heating up in 35 seconds with 80g/min continuous steam and 3 bar pressure steam generator, you can get a head start on your laundry . The ceramic double soleplate ensures the iron glides effortlessly over all types of fabric, so there's no need to worry about snagging any of your clothes. For precision steaming large and small garments, the 80g/min continuous steam output adds to the irons ultimate performance, whilst the 3 bars of steam pressure add moisture to the fabric to make removing creases and crinkles effortless. Get Free Delivery to most UK destinations on orders over £50 using promotional code ‘FREESHIP’ 

Orders under £50 will be charged at £3.95 Standard (48hr ROYAL MAIL) Unless a specific express or courier service is selected at checkout. 

For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 3pm. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

An email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been shipped.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can. 

Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 2-3 working days.

What customers are required to do?

Please get in touch via email at info@bramblescookshop.com, within 14 days of receipt, to request to return your item. Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive an exchanged or a refund. 

We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your remain returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item, as soon as possible to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you upon receipt of your returns request email. 

The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund. 

When customers can expect their refund?

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All refunds will be processed onto original payment method.
