Featuring high-grade non-stick technology, the Cerastone Pro coating is 10x stronger than other non-stick coatings and is PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead and cadm ium-free so you can enjoy healthy meals using little or no oil. This multi-pan is crafted with a high quality, long-lasting forged aluminium body enabling quick and easy adjustment of temperatures for efficient cooking results, complete with riveted steel handle for comfortable control when cooking. A bonded steel base provides even heat distribution to ensure food is cooked thoroughly, and is compatible with any hob type including induction. The non-stick coating prevents food from sticking to the surface, and this multi-pan is dishwasher safe for an easier clean. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Please note: Cost of returns is at your own expense. Exchanges may incur a restocking fee depending on the condition of the exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is faulty or damaged, please send us an email with a description of the fault or damage along with a photo, within 7 days of receipt. We will then confirm the return and request that the product is returned. We will provide a free shipping label and upon receipt of goods, send out a replacement, as soon as possible. For any products that cannot be replaced or exchanged, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we endeavour to resolve any issues regarding damaged products via email within 48 hours.
