These pans come complete with a ceramic non-stick coating that requires minimal to no oil for a low fat cooking alternati ve. The riveted stainless steel handles and bonded steel bases are compatible for use on all hob types and offer best cleaning results by performing a simple hand wash, or alternatively these pans are dishwasher friendly.

If this is the case, we offer a no quibble return policy on faulty items. Please note: Any returned items must be deemed faulty by Box SmartDeals for you to be eligible for our free returns policy. Any returned items deemed not faulty will be subject to a returns charge of 4.95

Please make sure that you check your items careful ly on receipt and before installing as damages and shortages need to be reported within three working days.

How To Return An Item

At Box Smart we want to make returning an item as efficient and convenient as possible with the Collect+ service;

A prepaid returns label is sent to your email address

• Visit the Collect+ website to find your neared drop off store

refunds are usually received within 5-7 days from when the item leaves you.

Warranty

Box Smart provides a standard one year warranty on all of our products. An extended warranty may be avai lable with some of the items that we supply which would be covered by the manufacturer. This will need to be set up directly with the manufacturer. If you do not register the product with the manufacturer within the 28 day period, your product is guaranteed for 1 year only. Details of this will be enclosed with the item.

Unauthorised Returns

Any unauthorised returns will be destroyed on receipt. Please contact us first before returning a product.
