About this Product.
A heavy duty, simple, traditional method for cooking in the wild, on the campsite, at the beach or allotment, in the garden or on the patio.

Cook stunning, flavoursome f
ood on open flame wood fires.
Cooking temperatures are readily controlled by raising and lowering the pots and pans by the chain.
No assembly is required and the poles can be erected over open fires in seconds.
The tripod easily folds into a compact bundle for storage and carrying.
Attach the hook on the chain to a pan handle. Then loop a link of the chain over the fixed hoop at the top of the chitty irons.
Select the correct chain link to adjust the pan height over the fire.

PTFE & PFOA free - absolutely no chemicals, no plastic.
Pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish.
The three Chitty iron-tripod legs are constructed from 8mm heavy gauge hot rolled steel with a hand formed loop at the head and a sharp point at the base.
The heavy duty chain is made from 6mm welded steel.

Chain consists of 13 links plus hook : Weight 8oz (0.208kg), length 14'' (36cm).
In use, the Chitty irons are approximately 35" (89cm) high, measured from the ground to the top of the leg loops.

Get Free Delivery to most UK destinations on orders over £100, subject to Brand. See further info at checkout. Orders under £100 will be charged at £3.95 Standard 48 (3-5working days) Unless a specific express or courier service is selected at checkout. Made to Order products: Specific Brands which are made to order such as Netherton Foundry and Repeat Repeat, we allocate a window of between 7-10 working days to get your order made and dispatched out to you. During exceptionally busy periods, this time frame may be extended due to factory demand. However, we will inform you of any such delays. Please Note: ‘Made to Order’ products cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed into the factory workshop schedule. If you should have any immediate issues please do get in touch and we will do everything we can to help you. |

For items in stock we aim to process your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 12 noon. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 48 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel or exchange your order. |

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days of receipt back to us, however you MUST get in touch to request a return, via email, within 72 hours of receipt of goods. ‘MADE TO ORDER’ products cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed into the factory workshop schedule. If you should have any immediate issues please do get in touch and we will do everything we can to help you. Refunds will only be accepted for ‘Made to Order’ products, if faulty or damaged. Exchange requests will need to be honoured by the supplier.
Please Note: Cost of returns is at the customers expense (unless Faulty or Damaged). Exchanges may incur a restocking fee & re-shipping cost.
All returns MUST be returned securely in their original brand new condition including original packaging & all accessories. Textiles must be in their original hygiene packaging, unopened with tags still attached. Refunds will ONLY be processed upon checks approved by Returns department.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is faulty or damaged, please send us an email with a description of the fault or damage along with a photo, within 72 hours of receipt. We will then confirm the return and request that the product is returned. We will provide a free shipping label and upon receipt of goods, send out a replacement, as soon as possible. For any products that cannot be replaced or exchanged, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email info@bramblescookshop.com and we endeavour to resolve any issues regarding damaged products via email within 48 hours.
What customers are required to do?

Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive replacement, exchange or refund.
We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item within 14 working days, to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT RETURN TO ANY ADDRESS FOUND ON THE WESITE AS CERTAIN BRANDS ARE RETURNED DIRECT TO SUPPLIER. WE WILL ISSUE YOU THE RETURNS LABEL REQUIRED.
When customers can expect their refund?
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods, upon condition of inspection. We require for all items (unless faulty) to have NOT been used (for hygiene purposes) and returned in their original packaging. All attachments and accessories must also be complete. All refunds will be processed upon inspection of return onto original payment method.
