At Box Smart we want to make returning an item as efficient and convenient as possible with the Collect+ service;

• A prepaid returns label is sent to your email address
• You need to packa ge the item up and attach the label
• Visit the Collect+ website to find your neared drop off store
• You will be given a receipt with a tracking reference for your item

Replacements or refunds are usually received within 5-7 days from when the item leaves you.

Requesting to return your item for exchange or refund is simple; we just need the following information from you;

• Full name and post code

Box Smart provides a standard one year warranty on all of our products. An extended warranty is available with some of the items that we supply. This can be registered for free of charge directly with the manufacturers Customer Services team. Details will be enclosed with the item.

Unauthorised Returns
