Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 2-3 working days.
What customers are required to do?
Please get in touch via email at info@bramblescookshop.com, within 14 days of receipt, to request to return your item. Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive an exchanged or a refund.
We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your remain returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item, as soon as possible to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you upon receipt of your returns request email.
The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund.
When customers can expect their refund?
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All refunds will be processed onto original payment method.
