Our double sized doormats are fantastic for placing next to patio doors, this doormat is lovely for all year round - a reminder to 'Bee Happy!'

Of course, you are thinking a doormat is JUST a doormat BUT is it an Artsy Doormat?
We don’t create basic doormats! Our doormats are produced using the best quality coir & we use fantastic paints produced in the UK. Our paints are created especially for coir doormats, ideally Artsy Doormats should be used indoors but they do have good water resistance for sheltered outdoor use. Please ensure that your Artsy Doormat is either kept under shelter or indoors, this will allow your doormat to look it’s best for a long time.

For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 3pm. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order. |

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 2-3 working days.
What customers are required to do?
Please get in touch via email at info@bramblescookshop.com, within 14 days of receipt, to request to return your item. Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive an exchanged or a refund.
We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your remain returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item, as soon as possible to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you upon receipt of your returns request email.
The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund.
When customers can expect their refund?
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All refunds will be processed onto original payment method.
