About this Product.
Our Deluxe Aromatherapy Candles are made using 100% natural soy wax and scented with only the best quality pure essential oil blends. Each one is packaged in a beautiful glass jar with a bamboo lid. This product is handmade (by us!), vegan and cruelty free. Crystal Option: Please note that if you select the ‘with’ crystals option - the crystals will be random - the photos are just for reference. ☀☀☀☀☀☀ SOLIS - If you like zesty, energising scents, this is the one for you. Imagine wearing a floaty summer dress on a warm summer’s day, walking barefoot through a citrus grove and sipping away at a home-made minty lemonade with the feel of the breeze flowing through your hair. That's SOLIS. We developed this blend of essential oils with the Solar Plexus Chakra in mind:Sweet Orange - Creates feelings of joy and optimism.Pink Grapefruit - Encourages movement of stagnant energy.Bergamot - Ignites confidence and courage.Spearmint - Energises and uplifts the mood. ☀☀☀☀☀☀Each candle weighs approximately 220g (not including the jar & lid).☀☀☀☀☀☀Directions: Light both wicks of the candle. On the first use, allow the candle to burn for around three hours to ensure an even melt pool. Inhale and enjoy the beautiful aroma! For items in stock we aim to process your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 12 noon. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order. |

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Please note: Cost of returns is at your own expense. Exchanges may incur a restocking fee depending on the condition of the exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is faulty or damaged, please send us an email with a description of the fault or damage along with a photo, within 7 days of receipt. We will then confirm the return and request that the product is returned. We will provide a free shipping label and upon receipt of goods, send out a replacement, as soon as possible. For any products that cannot be replaced or exchanged, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we endeavour to resolve any issues regarding damaged products via email within 48 hours.

Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive a replacement, exchange for something else or a refund.
We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item within 14 working days, to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you.
