About this Product.
The cordless grass trimmer is a member of the Power X-Change family, so the rechargeable battery can be used in any of the devices from the system series. The battery which is included enables the user to work completely independently for an operatin g time of up to 40 minutes. There is a battery charge indicator with three LEDs so that the user can always see the charge status at a glance. Thanks to the additional handle, the grass trimmer can be operated comfortably with two hands. The housing and additional handle have been designed with a particular emphasis on durability, so they are made of impact-proof, high-grade plastic. With a speed of up to 8,500 rpm the cordless grass trimmer is a powerful tool with a cutting width of up to 24 ce ntimeters. The product is supplied complete with 20 plastic blades, one 18 V / 1.5 Ah lithium-ion battery and one charger which recharges the battery within two hours.

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Please note: Cost of returns is at your own expense. Exchanges may incur a restocking fee depending on the condition of the exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is faulty or damaged, please send us an email with a description of the fault or damage along with a photo, within 7 days of receipt. We will then confirm the return and request that the product is returned. We will provide a free shipping label and upon receipt of goods, send out a replacement, as soon as possible. For any products that cannot be replaced or exchanged, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method. We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item within 14 working days, to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you.
