With a grill and Plancha, both measuring at 50.5 x 39cm each catering for 8 10 people, suitable for grilling juicy burgers, charred halloumi skewers and succulent steaks at the same time ideal for summer parties entertaining friends and family. Its powder coated steel body is resilient against damage, meaning it will not begin to warp for continued, long-lasting use. The robust cast iron grill retains and distributes heat effectively and evenly, with precision thermometer allowing you to grill food efficiently at the correct temperature. For added convenience, the BBQ comes complete with side shelves and base shelf for storing all your BBQ essentials while the integrated castor wheels offer easy portability around the garden. It also includes a weatherproof protective cover to keep the BBQ at its best.

For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 3pm. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order. |

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 2-3 working days.
What customers are required to do?
Please get in touch via email at info@bramblescookshop.com, within 14 days of receipt, to request to return your item. Please let us know the reason you wish to return the item and include if you would like to receive an exchanged or a refund.
We will respond to your email within 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your remain returns request. We will then ask that you please return the item, as soon as possible to our returns postal address, which will be emailed to you upon receipt of your returns request email.
The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund.
When customers can expect their refund?
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All refunds will be processed onto original payment method.
